I have possibly accomplished less today than virtually any other since keeping this blog. Slept straight through until about 11.45 (for reference I went to bed around 2.30am), got up, had some food, sat back on my bed to get dressed and proceeded to fall asleep again.
Woke up mid-afternoon, decided to get out of the house and went to pick up food supplies for the upcoming week. I've found that meal planning has worked extraordinarily well both in terms of keeping calorie intake up and reducing spending - buying a lunch would cost around £4 on campus, but a sandwich and a snack works out to around 60-70p if I make it myself. More milk than usual too, because I'm consuming a meal replacement shake in addition to everything else, which claims to be fortified with a bunch of minerals. My urine probably just got a lot more expensive.
Now 10:54pm, I've cleaned my room, exercised and done some mindfulness. Current plan is to use this opportunity to get an early(ish) night, get up at 6 tomorrow and try to get a bit more done. So much to do, so little time - videos to script and film, posters to make, articles to write, shirts to iron etc. Squashes to soupify.
